Makeup is very well done Gyaru style, with lashes and lenses!

But it's a boy?

It's not too early to start thinking of winter coats, lolitas

Make sure everyone stays warm!

Hello Sparkles!
It' nice and warm out, isn't it? Well it won't be forever. Are you going to order a winter coat? Have you saved up for one? How long will it take to arrive? Will it have to clear customs?

Maybe you already have one, but are ready to upgrade. Do consider selling your old coat, if you will not be wearing it.

If you are just starting out in your lolita journey, buying a coat may seem particularly intimidating. Consider buying a nice flaired waist coat. A coat with a flared waistline should allow plenty of space for a petticoat. Note that a more dramatic flare means more room for poof!

I have am sewing my winter coat. The picture to the right is my inspiration. I admit, I started this coat in the middle of last winter and never finished it. After several attempts, and much frustration, I tossed it into my "to be continued pile" (which I've often called much harsher things) Now, I feel up to the challenge again, and am ready to take another try at it. I've abandoned the directions that came with the pattern at this point. I don't advise this, unless you know what you are doing (at least a little bit) otherwise you may be left with a lot of unusable fabric, and a cold tush.
Now is the time to think of options, because both sewing and ordering take time!

Stay warm, Sparkles!

The First Gaijin Gyaru Magazine: Gal VIP

Hi Sparkels!

Facebook groups are such an awesome way to talk about similar interests online. It's like having a bunch of friends who all like the same thing! On the Gyaru group I am a part of, I learned about a new magazine called Gal VIP. It's going to be written by and for foreign Gals. There's an anouncment for it on the blog lovelyxmiyabi.blogspot.com:

"Today I am proud to officially announce the first ever Gaijin Gyaru Magazine, GAL VIP. Because every Gyaru is Important."
So exciting! I can't wait to read the first one! There are lots of tutorials and clothing info online, but it will be nice to find the best ones, from the most well known gals all in one place! I can't wait!

Hime Deco Hair Bows: Pictures!

Hello Sparkles!

There are many things to do in a new home. Many parts must be fixed, by you! No landlord to rescue you! But there is more freedom to create you perfect space as well.

But there also must be time for enjoyable activities as well. Here are some things I've made while "relaxing" =).
(Whoa, picture time!)

Two different styles of hair bows! Do you notice that the bottom one is not complete. 8 >.< 8

Yes, I am still making it. I just wanted to show you for now. ;)

More complete picture when it is completed.

I hope that I am getting a little better at creating beautiful things. Thank you for looking!
